This Pinot Gris offers fine structure and texture from natural fermentation and extended aging on lees in concrete tanks. Made entirely from Switchback Organic Vineyard Pinot Gris, it reflects a focused, textured expression with careful winemaking designed to preserve vineyard character and complexity.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck a l'orange, herb-roasted poultry, and grilled salmon.
