About the Haywire Gamay
Haywire Gamay is made entirely from Gamay, fermented in small open-top tanks with whole clusters and twice-daily punchdowns. The wine shows deep berry fruit, herbal character, and a silky finish. Its vibrant fruit and savory profile provide a focused expression of Okanagan Gamay.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with gourmet mushroom pizza, cured charcuterie, roast chicken, and grilled pork.
