About the Free Form Vin Gris 2019
Free Form Vin Gris 2019 is made from Pinot Noir grown at Garnet Valley Ranch. Whole clusters are pressed and naturally fermented in concrete, followed by full malolactic fermentation and six months on lees. The palate combines red fruit, savory herbs, creamy texture, and mineral character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with coconut-crusted salmon, jerk shrimp rice bowls, and Mediterranean chickpea salad.
