The 2018 Les Hauts de Granget is a lovely showing in this vintage. It beings with inviting aromas of dark berries and dark plums, which are laced with spices, tobacco and wet gravel nuances. On the palate this offers a medium body with a soft, round mouthfeel with a lovely mineral streak that frames the long finish. This is accessible and drinking well now, but should also develop very nicely over the next few years.
This approachable, medium-bodied Bordeaux red wine pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, mushroom stroganoff, or mature cheeses.

Ripe black cherry, blueberry, cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Full bodied with fine grained ripe tannins. Cabernet Franc helps to give some refreshing acidity that balances the depth of fruit concentration.
