The 2016 Château Haut-Bages Monpelou Cru Bourgeois Pauillac is a refined Left Bank Bordeaux with aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, blackberry, cedar, graphite, tobacco, and subtle spice. Polished tannins, vibrant acidity, and concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon fruit deliver a structured, elegant palate with excellent depth and long aging potential.
