Hatozaki Finest Blended Whisky 700 mL

Hatozaki Finest Blended is a light, elegant world-blended whisky assembled and aged in Akashi, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. The blend contains at least 40% malt whisky, with whiskies aged for up to 12 years. Hatozaki states that its whiskies include both world and Scotch whiskies that are blended and aged in Japan.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with sushi, grilled chicken, tempura, mild cheeses, roasted nuts and light fruit desserts.

Tasting Notes: Light, elegant and unpeated, with a delicate sweetness and a noticeable malt-driven character.

Nose: Floral aromas with malt, cereal and gentle sweet notes.

Palate: Soft and balanced with malted cereal, subtle sweetness and delicate floral character.

Finish: Clean and gentle with lingering cereal and lightly sweet malt notes.
