Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin 700ml

Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin is a contemporary Indian dry gin from Nao Spirits & Beverages, built around foraged Himalayan juniper and distinctive Indian botanicals. The producer describes Hapusa as the world's first Himalayan Dry Gin, with an expressive profile of pine forests, wildflowers, bold earthiness and delicate spice. It is designed as a sipping gin and offers a distinctly savoury interpretation of premium Indian craft gin.

Food Pairing: Pair with tandoori chicken, grilled lamb, kebabs, roasted vegetables, charcuterie, or richly spiced Indian appetizers.

Tasting Notes: Bold, earthy and aromatic, with Himalayan juniper providing a distinctive pine-driven character. Floral notes bring freshness to the aroma before the palate develops a pronounced earthy quality. The combination is complex and savoury, with the botanical intensity gradually giving way to a long and delicately spiced finish.

Nose: Pine forests and wildflowers with pronounced, complex Himalayan juniper.

Palate: Bold and earthy, with smooth citrus, Himalayan juniper and a subtle saline character running through the mouthfeel.

Finish: Long and delicately spiced with lingering earthy and juniper character.

Serve: Serve neat straight from the freezer, which the producer recommends as the best way to appreciate Hapusa.
