Half Hitch Fire 'N Fury Red Ale 6 Cans

Half Hitch Fire 'N Fury Red Ale is a highly approachable and locally beloved American-style Amber/Red Ale brewed by Half Hitch Brewing Company in Cochrane, Alberta. While its fiery amber hue might look intimidating, the beer itself is incredibly smooth and balanced. It delivers rich, sweet caramel notes seamlessly integrated with a gentle hop bitterness, making it an easy-drinking, malt-forward craft ale that perfectly complements hearty barbecue and smoked meats.

Food Pairing: Smoked beef brisket, pulled pork sandwiches, grilled burgers, aged cheddar cheese, and roasted root vegetables.

Tasting Notes : Deep reddish-amber in appearance with a frothy off-white head, offering a smooth, medium-bodied, and highly drinkable mouthfeel.

Nose : Inviting aromas of sweet caramel malt, toasted bread, and subtle toffee, accented by a very mild, earthy hop presence.

Palate : Malt-forward and smooth, delivering rich flavors of sweet caramel, toffee, and lightly toasted biscuit. This sweetness is beautifully balanced by a gentle, underlying hop bitterness (30 IBU) that prevents the beer from becoming cloying.

Finish : Clean, smooth, and slightly dry, leaving a pleasant, lingering note of toasted caramel and mild earthy hops.

Serve : Serve well-chilled (around 45°F / 7°C) in a standard shaker pint or nonic pint glass to fully appreciate its malt aromatics and rich amber color.
