Hakushu 18 Year Old Peated Malt 100th Anniversary Edition is a limited Japanese single malt created to commemorate Suntory Whisky’s centenary. It combines carefully selected peated malt whiskies matured for at least 18 years in various casks, producing Hakushu’s signature herbal freshness with refined, gentle smoke.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled seafood, smoked salmon, roasted poultry, aged cheese, citrus-glazed dishes and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes: Luminous gold with an elegant combination of fresh green fruit, herbs, citrus, honey and sophisticated peat smoke.
