Hakkaisan 3 Year Old Kasutori Shochu 'Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi' is a premium Honkaku (authentic) shochu crafted in Niigata, Japan, from the high-quality fresh sake lees (sake kasu) remaining after the pressing of Hakkaisan's renowned sake. To soften the robust, savory characteristics inherent in sake lees distillation, this spirit is carefully matured for over three years before bottling. The result is a profoundly aromatic and complex shochu that captures the elegant, fruity esters of premium sake, underscored by a rich, deeply satisfying umami depth and an elevated proof. The name "Yoroshiku Senman Arubeshi" translates to "as much good fortune as possible."
