Produced in Georgia by Georgian Wine House (GWH), GWH Chacha is a traditional pomace brandy deeply rooted in Georgian winemaking culture. Distilled using traditional copper pot stills from the grape skins, seeds, and stems left over after winemaking (primarily from indigenous varieties like Rkatsiteli and Saperavi), this authentic spirit captures the true essence of the vineyard. The distillate is rested to allow its pure fruit character to integrate, resulting in a clear, expressive spirit that highlights rich notes of fresh grapes, dried raisin, subtle meadow floral tones, and a clean, warm, grappa-like finish.

Food Pairing: Traditional Georgian supra dishes, khinkali (meat dumplings), roasted meats, pickled vegetables, smoked cheeses, or dark chocolate.
