The bouquet is intensely aromatic, featuring notes of black raspberries, violets, and cassis, underscored by sophisticated layers of smoky bacon fat, vanilla bean, and exotic spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, showcasing dense tannins and a vibrant acidity.
