Critic tasting note: (2020 vintage) "A blend of 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Vespolina from a tiny, three hectare, vineyard with 70-year-old vines. Punchy nose with its overtly aromatic, floral character, partly from that volatile acidity that gives the lift but does not overtake the wine. Red wild berries, balsamic notes and iron. I love the incredibly juicy palate, squeezed red and black berries, and an ironstone scar that donates character and complexity to this fabulous wine which finishes with incredible length.
