About the Grosset Polish Hill Riesling
Intense and precise dry Riesling with lifted lime blossom, fresh citrus and subtle floral aromas. The palate is tightly structured, driven by pure lime, vibrant acidity and distinctive slate-like minerality, leading to a remarkably persistent, focused and bone-dry finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with fresh oysters, prawns, scallops, sashimi, grilled white fish, shellfish, Vietnamese salads, or simply prepared seafood dishes.
