Deep, concentrated Shiraz showing blackberry, plum and dark cherry with layers of spice, chocolate, coffee and toasted oak. Rich and velvety on the palate, with firm structure, balanced acidity and a powerful, persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with osso buco, slow-braised beef, roast lamb, duck ragu, grilled steak, hearty pasta dishes, or mature hard cheeses.
