Green Spot Irish Whiskey is a highly celebrated, exceptionally smooth Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey that carries a rich heritage dating back to the early 1900s. Originally crafted exclusively for the Mitchell family of Dublin, this iconic whiskey is produced at the historic Midleton Distillery in County Cork. It is composed of a select blend of single pot still whiskies aged between seven and ten years, matured in a combination of first-fill and refill American bourbon oak casks, along with seasoned Spanish Oloroso sherry butts. The result is a beautifully balanced, light, and approachable spirit that serves as the perfect introduction to the traditional, fruity, and spicy character of Irish pot still whiskey.

TASTING NOTES - A bright, pale straw-gold color with a medium-bodied, silky, and delightfully mouth-coating pot still texture.
