Hand-blended from select barrels at the historic Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky, Green River Full Proof is a barrel-strength expression of the distillery's signature Kentucky straight bourbon. Bottled at 117.3 proof without water dilution, this high-proof, rye-forward bourbon is aged between 5 to 7 years in traditional tile-roofed rackhouses, delivering an uncut, rich, and deeply spiced flavor profile.

Food Pairing: Smoked beef brisket, grilled ribeye steak, barbecue pork ribs, pecan pie, dark chocolate-covered peppermints, and aged sharp cheddar cheese.
