Gray Monk Limited Edition Rosé 2024 is a crisp, aromatic, and refreshing Canadian rosé crafted by Gray Monk Estate Winery in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Presenting a pale, summer-pink color in the glass, it opens with vibrant aromas of wild pink grapefruit, white peach, fresh cherries, and subtle summer flowers. On the palate, it is light- to medium-bodied with an off-dry, supple mouthfeel featuring flavors of juicy red berries, ripe watermelon, and candied citrus zest. The palate concludes with a bright, mouthwatering acidity and a clean finish marked by notes of rhubarb and fresh herbs.
