About the Gray Monk Odyssey Port Merlot 500ml
This fortified Merlot shows black cherry, dark chocolate and black raspberry coulis aromas. Medium-dry and full-flavoured, the palate develops black cherry, chocolate and sweet spice, followed by cedar, black raspberry preserves and coffee bean on the lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with dark chocolate tart, aged cheddar, roasted walnuts, and berry desserts.
