About the Blue Mountain Gravel Force Block 14 Pinot Noir
Brooding and textural, this single-block Pinot Noir reflects a warm west- and south-facing site with rocky gravel, loamy sand and clay soils. Mature vines and Pinot Noir clones 115 and 667 contribute structure, concentration and strength while preserving the distinctive expression of Block 14.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted duck breast, mushroom risotto, herb-roasted chicken, and grilled salmon.
