Grand Cuvee de Purcari White Extra Brut

Crafted by the historic Château Purcari in Moldova's renowned Ştefan Vodă wine region, Grand Cuvée de Purcari Extra Brut is a flagship sparkling wine produced using the traditional method (Méthode Classique). Sourced from hand-harvested grapes grown on rolling clay-limestone hills near the Black Sea, this sparkling wine blends Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and indigenous Fetească Regală. Following primary fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and extended aging on fine lees for up to 18 to 24 months, developing remarkable autolytic complexity, fine perlage, and precise balance.
