Coronica Gran Teran 2018

Coronica Gran Teran 2018 is a deeply expressive, robust, and structured Croatian red wine crafted from old-vine Teran grown in the iron-rich red clay soils (Crljenica) of Istria. The wine exhibits an intense ruby-purple hue. On the nose, it offers rich aromas of dark cherries, crushed blackberries, and wild blueberries, seamlessly integrated with notes of game, leather, forest floor, and a distinct iron-like minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful, featuring vibrant, high-strung acidity balanced by firm, chewy tannins and a long, savory, and mineral finish.
