Gran Centenario Plata Tequila

Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Gran Centenario Plata is an estate-grown 100% Weber Blue Agave spirit steeped in historic tequila-making traditions dating back to 1895. Harvested from mature highland agave, the piñas are cooked in traditional masonry ovens, crushed in roller mills, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Unlike typical completely unaged blancos, this expression utilizes the house Selección Suave process, resting in new French oak barrels for up to 28 days before bottling. This brief wood influence softens the spirit and introduces subtle roundness while maintaining a bright, crisp agave-forward foundation.

Food Pairing: Fresh fish tacos with citrus slaw, ceviche, grilled shrimp skewers, guacamole with tortilla chips, chicken enchiladas, or goat cheese crostini.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear with faint, shimmering silver-oak highlights, medium body, and smooth, clean tears.
