About the Graci Etna Bianco 2024
This remarkably pure, energetic, and highly focused volcanic white wine from the sensational 2024 vintage opens with a brilliant, precise bouquet of fresh green apples, ripe apricots, and Meyer lemon peel, beautifully layered with sophisticated notes of chamomile blossom, wild sage, a hint of saffron, and a deep, smoky undertone of crushed flint. On the light-to-medium-bodied palate, it strikes a seamless balance between a leesy, texturally rich core of orchard fruits and a razor-sharp, tongue-tingling regional acidity. A dense, saline mineral line provides superb tension and a subtle, savory umami depth, carrying into a long, clean, and crystalline finish.
