About the Goutte D'Argent Pinot Noir
An elegant Chilean Pinot Noir from Viña Marty in the Leyda Valley, fermented with Japanese sake yeast at very low temperatures. Cherry, strawberry, raspberry, floral and mineral notes lead into a fresh, silky palate with fine tannins and balanced acidity.
Food Pairing: Grilled salmon, roast poultry, mushrooms, charcuterie and soft cheeses.
