Gourmet Saperavi

Part of the refined Gourmet Wine Series by Tbilvino, Gourmet Saperavi is an authentic, fruit-forward expression of Georgia’s premier indigenous red grape variety. Sourced from high-quality vineyards across the sun-drenched Kakheti region in Eastern Georgia, Saperavi is famous for being a rare "teinturier" grape—boasting both dark skin and red flesh. Vinified using controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel, this expression emphasizes the natural purity, vibrant fruit character, and deep color intensity of the Saperavi varietal without heavy oak influence.
