Sourced from the protected Kindzmarauli micro-zone in the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia, this wine is crafted exclusively from 100% Saperavi grapes grown on alluvial soils between the Alazani and Duruji rivers at the foot of the Caucasus Mountains. Naturally high sugar levels in the hand-harvested grapes allow for temperature-controlled fermentation to be gently arrested, locking in the natural sweetness and rich fruit aromatics.
