About the Gold Hill Grand Vin
Gold Hill Grand Vin is a premium estate-grown Okanagan red blend built around classic Bordeaux varieties. Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec create concentrated dark fruit, red currant and cherry notes, with vanilla, structured tannins and depth from extended aging in French oak.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled ribeye steak, braised beef short ribs, roasted lamb, and aged cheddar.
