Gold Cock Single Cask 2014 Single Malt Whisky

Gold Cock Single Cask 2014 is a limited-edition Czech single malt from Rudolf Jelínek. Distilled in 2014 in Vizovice and bottled from an individual cask at cask strength, it represents an early vintage from the modern era of Gold Cock production.

Food Pairing:Pairs well with grilled beef, roast pork, mature cheeses, roasted nuts and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes:Full-bodied and concentrated, combining ripe fruit, malt sweetness, oak and warming spice.

Nose:Ripe orchard fruit, malt, vanilla and oak with sweet spice.

Palate:Rich fruit and malt with vanilla, toasted wood and pronounced cask-strength warmth.

Finish:Long and warming with lingering fruit, oak and spice.

Serve:Best enjoyed neat, with a few drops of water added gradually.
