Gold Cock Peated Single Malt Whisky

Gold Cock Peated is a Czech single malt whisky produced by Rudolf Jelínek. Made with heavily peated malt at approximately 30 PPM, it combines pronounced smoke with fruit, floral character, malt sweetness and spice.

Food Pairing:Pairs well with smoked meats, barbecue, roasted pork, mature cheeses, smoked nuts and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes:Smoky and fruit-forward with floral notes, malt sweetness, vanilla and warming spice.

Nose:Peat smoke, floral notes, herbs, vanilla and citrus with touches of sweet fruit.

Palate:Peat smoke and malt sweetness with vanilla, fruit, herbs, citrus and gentle spice.

Finish:Lingering smoke with vanilla, floral sweetness, herbs and spice.

Serve:Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
