Espadafor Glint Premium Gin

Espadafor Glint Premium Gin is an unflavored craft spirit produced by Industrias Espadafor in Granada, Andalusia, Spain. Distilled in small batches, this Spanish gin features a carefully selected blend of traditional and Mediterranean botanicals, including juniper, coriander, lemon peel, sweet orange peel, angelica root, and subtle herbal accents. The result is a crisp, vibrant, and citrus-forward contemporary dry gin designed to offer a refreshing balance between resinous pine juniper and bright Andalusian citrus oils.

Food Pairing: Fresh seafood, Spanish tapas, garlic prawns (gambas al ajillo), goat cheese crostini, and green olives.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a crisp, light, and smooth mouthfeel.

Nose: Fresh and uplifting up front, featuring bright lemon zest, sweet orange oil, and crisp piney juniper, backed by subtle earthy roots and soft herbal spice.

Palate: Clean, balanced, and citrus-led on the palate, opening with a burst of fresh citrus peel and resinous juniper, evolving into coriander spice, gentle floral notes, and a soft grain backbone.

Finish: Medium-length, dry, and clean with lingering notes of citrus zest, subtle pepper spice, and a crisp, refreshing juniper closure.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh lemon, an orange twist, or a sprig of mint, or build into a classic Spanish-style Gin Tonic or Dry Martini.
