Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition #35 Glenlossie 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Signatory Vintage Glenlossie 12 Year Old 100 Proof Edition #35 is a richly characterful Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025. Independently bottled by Signatory Vintage at 57.1% ABV, this expression was matured for 12 years in a combination of first-fill Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon hogsheads. The marriage of these casks brings together the fruity elegance of Glenlossie with the depth of sherry maturation and the softer sweetness of bourbon-seasoned oak. Presented as part of Signatory's acclaimed 100 Proof series, it offers an engaging, full-strength Speyside whisky experience.

Food Pairing: Enjoy alongside mature cheddar, roasted almonds, dark chocolate, fruitcake or apple tart. Its sherry and bourbon cask influences also complement caramelized nuts, dried fruit and vanilla-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: A full-bodied Speyside malt balancing orchard fruit, vanilla, citrus, honeyed sweetness, barley malt and gentle herbal complexity.

Nose: Bright orchard fruit, creamy vanilla and light citrus aromas with an inviting malty sweetness.

Palate: Soft honey, barley sugar and vanilla sweetness combine with delicate herbal accents and the layered richness of sherry and bourbon cask maturation.

Finish: Warming and gently sweet, with lingering malt, soft oak spice and subtle herbal notes.
