Glenfiddich 12 Year Old

Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky and the iconic flagship expression of the Glenfiddich Distillery. Carefully matured in a combination of the finest American oak (ex-bourbon) and European oak (ex-Oloroso sherry) casks for at least 12 years, it is then married in oak marrying tuns for up to nine months. This meticulous process yields an exceptionally smooth, fresh, and beautifully balanced whisky, famous for its signature notes of fresh green pear, subtle oak, and sweet maltiness.

Food Pairing: Soft cheeses like Camembert or Brie, smoked salmon, pork tenderloin with apple glaze, fresh fruit tarts, and shortbread biscuits.

Tasting Notes : Golden amber in appearance with a light, smooth, and easily approachable mouthfeel.

Nose : Distinctively fresh and fruity with a prominent hint of fresh green pear, subtle oak, floral notes, and a touch of sweet malt.
