Glenfarclas 30 Year Old

Glenfarclas 30 Year Old is an exceptionally mature single malt Scotch whisky produced at the family-owned Glenfarclas Distillery in the heart of Speyside. Matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, it offers a rich, complex depth with indulgent notes of Christmas fruitcake, dark chocolate, dried fruit, and refined oak.

Food Pairing: Rich dark chocolate desserts, fruitcake, roasted venison, stilton or aged Gouda cheese, and dried figs.

Tasting Notes : Deep gold with copper highlights, featuring a smooth, rich, and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose : Full and complex aromas of dried fruits, dark sherry, malt, polished oak, marzipan, and subtle citrus peel.

Palate : Rich and indulgent with flavors of dark Christmas cake, candied fruit, nuts, marzipan, sherry, cognac-like warmth, and gentle baking spices.
