Glenfarclas 15 Year Old

Glenfarclas 15 Year Old is a renowned Speyside single malt Scotch whisky produced by the family-owned Glenfarclas Distillery. Bottled at a higher strength of 46% ABV, it is aged for fifteen years exclusively in 100% Oloroso sherry casks, delivering a rich, complex balance of dark dried fruits, christmas cake spices, and subtle maltiness.

Food Pairing: Roasted venison, dark chocolate desserts, Christmas pudding, aged fruitcake, and sharp aged cheddar or blue cheese.

Tasting Notes : Rich golden amber in appearance with a full-bodied, rich, and viscous mouthfeel.
