The flagship Cabernet Sauvignon from Glenelly Estate in Stellenbosch, Lady May displays intense aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, graphite, cedar, tobacco leaf, and subtle crushed stone minerality. The palate is full-bodied, structured, and complex, framed by fine, tight-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, refined, Bordeaux-style finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with prime ribeye steak, roasted rack of lamb, venison medallions, braised short ribs, or aged hard cheeses like Gouda or Cheddar.
