Personally curated by Master Distiller Billy Walker, this prestigious 30-year-old release combines vintage casks laid down decades ago—primarily exceptional Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons alongside select virgin oak casks. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 49.1% ABV without chill filtration or added colour, it represents the pinnacle of GlenAllachie's sherry-matured single malts, delivering an incredibly rich, dark, and decadent profile filled with layers of dark chocolate, marzipan, espresso, black cherry, and polished oak.

Food Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with artisanal dark chocolate, sticky toffee pudding, roasted venison with berry reduction, blue cheese, or enjoyed neat as a luxury digestif.

Tasting Notes: An extraordinarily rich and complex Speyside single malt presenting notes of dark chocolate, sherry-soaked raisins, dried figs, espresso bean, marzipan, and polished antique oak.
