A small-batch release of 21 Year Old single malt from Glenallachie, made from a combination of Pedro Ximenez hogsheads and puncheons. Aromas of dark chocolate, heather honey, mocha, orange zest, grapefruit and cinnamon fill the nose, complemented on the palate by notes of honey-drizzled fruit cake, stewed plums, ginger, cinnamon and dark chocolate.
