Signatory Vintage Glen Spey 2007 17 Year Old is a single-cask single malt distilled at the Glen Spey Distillery in Rothes, Speyside. Bottled as part of Signatory Vintage's prestigious "Cask Strength Collection," this expression was distilled on March 28, 2007, and aged for 17 years in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt (Cask No. 3) before being bottled on February 19, 2025. Presented at a natural cask strength of 57.3% ABV in an outturn of 646 bottles, it is un-chillfiltered and natural colour. The long maturation in a first-fill sherry butt elevates Glen Spey's signature grassy, nutty spirit with intense layers of dark dried fruits, roasted nuts, polished oak, and rich baking spices.
