Glaswegin Tequila Cask Finish Gin is an extremely limited Scottish cask-matured gin made by resting Glaswegin in a reposado tequila cask. The unusual maturation creates a complex, earthy expression where light juniper and citrus meet deeper spice and herbaceous character. The producer notes cracked black pepper, sandalwood, nutmeg and fennel, followed by pine, dill and coriander. The current release is limited to only 250 bottles.

Food Pairing: Pair with grilled prawns, citrus-marinated seafood, fish tacos, charcuterie, green olives, or lightly spiced grilled meats.

Tasting Notes: Complex and earthy with a distinctive balance between classic gin botanicals and reposado tequila cask influence. Light juniper and citrus provide freshness before deeper spice and herbaceous notes develop across the palate.
