About the Giusti Passito Bianco Veneto 375ml
The grapes come from the vineyards of the Abbazia estate, also in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia (TV), in the Montello hills.
The harvested grapes are left to mature in the orchards for 4-5 months. This is followed by a white vinification with light maceration on the skins and then aging in barrels for 12-18 months.
The wine has an alcohol content of 13%.
