About the Giusti Augusto Recantina Tenuta Emily 2015/2018
Smooth and intense, this full-bodied wine has a hint of mineral that gives it a touch of freshness. It is produced from a single variety, native Recantina grapes, a rare and precious treasure of the Montello.
Intense and bright ruby, excellent transparency. Intense with fruity notes of red plum and black currant (cassis) and floral notes of violets and cyclamen. This is also the moss and mineral notes reminiscent of freshly tilled soil. In the mouth it is soft and velvety, with sweet tannins and pleasantly acidic aftertaste.
Wine suited to red meat and game especially furred. also excellent with duck breast, baked guinea fowl, and the medium-aged cheeses.
