Gilbert et Christine Felettig Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru is a beautifully structured Pinot Noir with aromas of black cherry, wild raspberry, violet, forest floor, sweet baking spice, and subtle earthy notes. Elegant yet concentrated, it offers silky tannins, vibrant acidity, mineral precision, and a long, refined finish with excellent ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, beef Wellington, venison, herb-crusted lamb, mushroom risotto, or aged Comte for an outstanding Premier Cru Burgundy pairing.
