Giant Steps Rosé is a premium, dry expression inspired by the pale wines of Provence, crafted primarily from early-picked Pinot Noir and Syrah sourced from the Sexton and Tarraford vineyards. The winemaking process focuses on purity, using only "free run" juice from whole-bunch pressing, followed by a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain its vibrant character. The resulting wine presents a light salmon-pink hue with an aromatic bouquet of wild strawberry, redcurrant, and lavender, often accented by subtle notes of orange zest and musk. On the palate, it is bone-dry and refreshing, offering a crisp acidity and a savory, silken texture that makes it exceptionally versatile for food pairings like grilled seafood or Mediterranean appetizers.
