Giant Steps Coal River Valley Pinot Noir 2023 is a powerful and distinctive single-vineyard expression sourced from the Nocton Vineyard in Tasmania. Known for its intense color and structural depth, this vintage was shaped by a cool and mild growing season that allowed for a long, slow ripening period, resulting in exceptional fruit purity and concentration. The grapes are handpicked and transported overnight across the Bass Strait to the winery in Healesville to be processed with 20% whole-bunch fermentation and eight months of maturation in French oak barriques.
