On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, supple, and suave, featuring red cherry and cinnamon flavours that carry a deceptively forceful intensity. It is characterized by its elegant, almost creamy texture and a refined finish supported by fine-grained tannins. This 100% Pinot Noir typically has an ABV of 13.5% and was fermented with indigenous yeasts before ageing for 18 months in older French oak barrels, with no more than 15% new wood.
