Named after a specific, highly unique parcel of Miocene soil situated in the esteemed Corbières-Boutenac appellation, this magnificent wine is a masterful blend of ancient Carignan—from vines up to 80 years old—and elegant Syrah. In the glass, it reveals a dark, deeply saturated cherry-red robe. The explosive, incredibly complex bouquet opens with profound aromas of dark berries, jammy black cherries, black olives, and dried Mediterranean herbs, seamlessly interwoven with savory notes of roasted meat, smoked bacon, and sweet baking spices.
