Crafted by Georgian Valleys (Tbilvino) in the famed Kindzmarauli micro-zone of Kakheti, Eastern Georgia, Kindzmarauli is one of the nation's most celebrated and historic semi-sweet red wines. Sourced exclusively from 100% Saperavi grapes grown on the gravelly, mineral-dense alluvial soils at the foot of the Greater Caucasus Mountains, the unique terroir allows the grapes to accumulate high natural sugar levels while maintaining structural acidity. Fermentation is naturally halted through cooling to retain the grape's unfermented natural sweetness.
