Georgian Bay Eco Gin

Georgian Bay Eco Gin is an unflavored craft spirit produced by Georgian Bay Spirits Co. in Ontario, Canada. Formulated with a commitment to environmental sustainability, this expression features a lighter-weight eco-conscious bottle and utilizes a 100% local Canadian wheat neutral spirit base combined with pure Georgian Bay area water. Its botanical bill includes hand-selected juniper, coriander, orange peel, cardamom, and local botanical accents. The resulting gin offers a clean, crisp, and citrus-forward contemporary profile that balances traditional juniper structure with a soft, eco-friendly footprint.
