The 2024 George T. Stagg is an uncut and unfiltered barrel-proof Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery. Part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, the 2024 release combines barrels aged more than 15 years and 2 months and is bottled at 136.1 proof (68.05% ABV).

Food Pairing:Pairs well with smoked brisket, grilled steak, barbecue ribs, aged cheddar, roasted pecans and rich dark-chocolate desserts.

Tasting Notes:A rich, full-bodied bourbon dominated by dark fruit, caramelized sweetness, chocolate, mature oak and warming spice.

Nose:Black cherry, raisins, cacao, clove, cola and burnt sugar with seasoned oak.

Palate:Chocolate, cherries, red berries and caramelized sweetness with layers of oak and spice.

Finish:Long and warming with oak, dark dried fruit, orange peel and baking spice.
